From this position, he became vice president of pipe operations, where he increased the department from 22 to 88 pipefitters and introduced new, more efficient planning procedures. The company then promoted him to vice president of sales and marketing. In that post, he solidified the department’s organization and operations and improved the estimating process.

Before taking his current post, Jeff was vice president of mechanical operations with responsibility for projects ranging from $1 million to $26 million. Over the course of his career, he has worked on a wide array of projects, including fast-track tenant fitouts, high-rise commercial and luxury apartment buildings, hospitals and research laboratories, peaking plants, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s from George Washington University. He also attended the Advanced Leadership Institute at Babson College’s School for Executive Education.
