Description
Located in the AOL Time Warner complex a complete HVAC system is being installed in the north tower from the 18th-36th floor. A complete mechanical fit-out of this five star hotel in the middle of Columbus Circle includes 300 fan coil units located on 16 hotel floors. One mechanical room includes over 15 air handling units, a PRV station, pumps and heat exchanges.
