Description
Heritage Mandell Mechanical Services provided two series 3000 BAC cooling towers on the 27th floor roof which fed 32 individual self-contained McQuay handling units, which are the primary source of heating and cooling for the tenant floors.

A secondary heat is provided by Con Edison steam, feeding four shell and tube heat exchanges on the sub cellar level. Four Paco pumps circulate hot water throughout the building via 56 perimeter risers and fintube radiation. The building management control is through a Honeywell DDC system with Micotech interfacing, monitoring 32 McQuay units, high and low rise hot water heating system, smoke purge capabilities and miscellaneous alarming
