Description
This 1.4 million square foot mixed-use twin podium tower is the new New York home of Bloomberg, L.P., containing 250,000 square feet of retail space, 900,000 square feet of commercial offices and 250,000 square feet of ultra high-end private residential units. Heritage Mechanical Services installed a complete mechanical system for this structure.
