Description
Heritage Mechanical Services provided two 1,300 GPM cooling towers on the 29th floor roof which fed 27 individual self-contained Air Handling Units, which are the primary source and cooling for the tenant floors.

Hydronic heat is provided by Con Edison steam, feeding two shell and tube heat exchangers on the sub cellar level. Two pumps circulate hot water throughout the building via risers to perimeter fintube radiation. A fuel oil transmission system featuring a double wall containment system to two emergency generators was installed.
