Overview

Heritage Mechanical Services provides mechanical services to both new construction and renovation projects in various markets including hospitals, advanced technologies, healthcare, commercial office buildings, public transportation, hospitality, retail, tenant-fit out, high-rise luxury residential and institutional facilities throughout the metropolitan area.

Fabrication
We are firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards in employee productivity, workplace safety and customer satisfaction. As a result, we placed third in the over 500,000 man hour category with SMACNA and again won the 2003 Construction Safety Excellence Award given by the Building Trade Employer's Association, the Building and Construction Trades Council and New York Construction News Magazine.

Sheet Metal

  • Fully automated coil line fabrication
  • Capable of producing air systems of various gauges, materials and custom construction requirements
  • Production total in excess of 5 million pounds per year

Piping

  • 52,000 diameter inches per year of Welding
  • 100,000 diameter inches per year of Threading
  • 100,000 diameter inches per year of Roll Grooving

Field

  • Standard year round workforce of 250+ sheet metal workers
  • Standard year round workforce of 100 steamfitters
  • Overall employee turnover average of 7 years places Heritage below current industry average

Drafting
We utilize highly trained professionals, state-of-art techniques and CAD/CAM technology to efficiently fabricate and install product to meet customer specifications.

  • Airside Drafting is accomplished with a workforce of (15) CAD/CAM operators
  • A Piping Draftsman workforce of (7) CAD/CAM stations
  • Internet access for immediate transmission and submission of drawings
  • Our fully integrated system allows for time reductions in submittal and coordination which enhances the project schedule.
