Thomas Cahill, LEED AP

Project Manager

Value Delivered

Tom ensures the timely and efficient delivery of mechanical systems that provide high-performance operation and long-lasting value. His responsibilities begin with attendance at project turnover meetings and review of project plans, drawings, estimates, and schedules. He also directs materials purchasing, manpower scheduling, vendor and subcontractor activities, and the pipe and sheet metal fabrication and installation of HVAC system components. During the projects, he attends weekly meetings; maintains communications with foremen, owners, general contractors, and others at the jobsite; negotiates change orders and tracks a variety of administrative and fiscal details. Throughout the process, his goal is to build cooperative and efficient project teams that provide the expert commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation and service required for complete customer satisfaction.
