Value Delivered
Jim makes sure the company meets clients’ highest expectations by completing projects that combine on-time, on-budget delivery with maximum client satisfaction. In the process, he works with project managers, monitoring budgets and schedules, walking their sites, and performing weekly project reviews. He also helps them resolve project issues and negotiate change orders. And he works with them on estimating and financial forecasting.
In addition, he oversees the drafting and detailing departments, the firm’s pipefitting and sheet metal professionals, and all commissioning activities. The result is consistent delivery of high-performance equipment and systems that enable clients to operate their facilities more efficiently and economically, while providing ongoing performance and value.
Expertise
Jim has nearly 30 years of industry experience. Currently responsible for a diverse range of projects, he has worked on fast-track tenant fit outs, high-rise office buildings, luxury apartments, hospitals, courthouses, and museums.

By the time he had finished studying business administration at St. John’s University and mechanical engineering at New York Institute of Technology, he was a project manager/estimator. He then moved up to vice president of sales and estimating, expanding his expertise to include pricing strategies, client relations, needs assessment, financial management, purchasing, and administration, as well as motivation and mentoring.
