Lee oversees delivery of mechanical services projects that provide clients with consistently superior performance, energy efficiency and value. His responsibilities include writing proposals and estimates, purchasing long lead-time items, interacting with the piping and sheet metal fabrication department, planning manpower requirements, coordinating schedules with other trades, and pricing change orders. He also helps maintain site safety, monitors project quality, and ensures consistently on-time, within-budget project completion. The result is projects that satisfy the company’s highest standards of excellence and meet clients’ most demanding expectations.

 

LEED & Green Building Expertise

Since joining EMCOR in 2008, Lee has quickly acquired an impressive breadth of experience, working on such major projects as the Emmanuel Cellar U.S. Courthouse in Brooklyn, New York Hospital Queens and One World Trade Center in Manhattan.

Before joining EMCOR, Lee served on active duty in the U.S. Army, where he rose from the rank of 2nd lieutenant to captain and company commander. During his 10-year military career, he spent 3 years stationed in Germany and successfully completed 3 combat deployments totaling 39 months in Iraq.


Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Rutgers and is a U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-accredited professional.

 

The Personal Side

A physical fitness enthusiast, Lee has earned Level 1 certification in the elite CrossFit strength and conditioning program.
