Frank Crifasi, Project Manager at Heritage Mechanical Services

Frank Crifasi

Project Manager

Value Delivered

Frank ensures smooth delivery of mechanical services projects that give clients the high-performance commercial heating and air conditioning, sheet metal fabrication, and industrial process piping solutions they need to address today’s demanding facilities and business challenges. His responsibilities include creating and tracking budgets and schedules, familiarizing himself with project drawings, and negotiating change orders with the general contractor, engineers, and labor. He also hires and manages subcontractors and vendors, monitors delivery of materials, attends on-site and internal project meetings, and makes sure site safety policies are upheld. At the project’s conclusion, he oversees close-out activities and ensures that the project has been delivered on time and within budget to the client’s complete satisfaction.

Mechanical & HVAC Airside System Expertise

Frank joined Heritage Mechanical Services in 2007 as a project manager working on both HVAC airside system services and full mechanical projects. In addition to commercial high-rise, commercial kitchen/office, healthcare, and pharmaceutical projects, he has worked on such high visibility assignments as LaGuardia Airport’s air traffic control tower.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in general engineering with a minor in management from SUNY (State University of New York) Maritime College. In addition, he has taken courses in triage, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and lifeboat operations. As a result of this and other training, the U.S. Coast Guard awarded him a 3rd assistant engineer’s license for steam, diesel, and gas turbine engines of unlimited horsepower on vessels of unlimited tonnage.

The Personal Side

Mechanically oriented, Frank enjoys tinkering with cars, motorcycles, and other machines.
