As senior project manager, Chris works with owners and general contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-performance projects that help them meet today’s complex facilities challenges more successfully. His responsibilities include budgeting and scheduling, coordinating company and subcontractor manpower, handling change orders and submittals, overseeing equipment procurement and delivery, scheduling and managing piping and sheet metal fabrication of mechanical HVAC system components and performing all project close-out tasks. Throughout the process, his goal is always to ensure delivery of projects that not only meet contractual specifications, but provide maximum client satisfaction as well.

 

HVAC Systems Design & Mechanical Engineering Expertise

Chris joined Heritage Mechanical Services nine years ago as an assistant project manager, working his way up to his current position, where he oversees projects valued at up to $36 million. A proficient auto-CAD (computer-aided design) operator, he also spent two years as a design mechanical engineer with an engineering company, where he drafted and designed HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems.

 

Chris obtained his diploma in mechanical engineering from PVP Institute of Technology in India and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. He is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-accredited professional.

 

The Personal Side

In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Chris enjoys playing soccer and tennis.
