Value Delivered
Rick oversees fabrication of consistently high-quality system components for some of today’s most advanced facilities solutions. His responsibilities include managing the firm’s full-service fabrication shop, as well as its on-site fabrication specialists. He also coordinates drafting and fabrication activities to ensure that all finished components satisfy project specifications. In addition, he meets regularly with project managers and supervisors to review project progress and schedules, checks to be sure components have been installed properly, and monitors manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. The result is high-quality fabricated components delivered on-time and on-budget for smooth installation, enhanced system performance, and ongoing value.
Expertise
Named Heritage’s most valuable employee in 2008, Rich has been with the company for more than 20 years. Today, he oversees fabrication of components for apartment buildings, office buildings, hospitals, museums, and other facilities, ranging in value up to $33 million.
Rick completed his four-year apprenticeship through Local #28 of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association, where he has been a member for more than 25 years. He is also certified as a welder by the American Welding Society.
