Anthony Mallozzi, LEED AP

Senior Project Manager

Value Delivered

Anthony oversees delivery of the high-quality projects and responsive services clients need to keep their facilities comfortable and productive, while meeting the complex economic and other challenges of today’s environment. His responsibilities cover virtually all project activities, from creating estimates, budgets, and schedules, to tracking project progress and ensuring satisfactory project turnover. He also monitors costs, analyzes budgets, plans manpower, hires and manages subcontractors, and negotiates change orders.

For optimum quality control, he develops punch lists of items that need to be completed or corrected and inspects the finished work to be sure it has been done properly. He also prepares various reports and participates in weekly progress meetings. Throughout the process, he maintains the management communications required to ensure that all mechanical, HVAC and sheet metal services projects are completed on time and on budget, while meeting the client’s highest expectations.

Mechanical Engineering & Project Management Expertise

Winner of Heritage Mechanical Services’s 2009 MVP award for outstanding project leadership, Anthony joined Heritage Mechanical Services in 2001, where he has held assistant project manager and project manager positions before taking his current post.

Since joining the company, he has worked on high-rise apartment buildings and retail stores, as well as university, healthcare, public, and government facilities. Several of his projects have won awards, including One River Terrace, which garnered LEED gold certification, and the Bronx Library, which was certified LEED silver.

In addition to his project management expertise, Anthony’s mechanical engineering background makes him a valuable resource for identifying mechanical and HVAC systems installation and construction issues on previously installed airside systems.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New York Institute of Technology. A LEED-accredited professional, he has also taken the OSHA construction safety and health 10-hour course.

The Personal Side

Anthony enjoys working out at his local gym. He is also an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants’ fan.
